How the flower madness began

I started off making paper flowers when playing around with some nontraditional inspiration for my wedding in 2014.

After attempting a few techniques, I turned my favorite cutting and folding process into bouquets for the bridal party. While the string wrapped stems appear real from a distance, the paper flowers have a unique, handmade feel to them. No two flowers are exactly the same, giving each rose a natural yet handcrafted look.

Since then, creating flowers has become a work of heart. I make paper flowers often and enjoy trying out new projects. (In case you're wondering, the amazing custom decal on my mug came from Etsy shop SouthernDunn. They are incredible and were a pleasure to work with!)
